This morning I headed out to Hagerstown for my monthly coaching meeting. I was so proud to report our progress on the door hanger initiative, the new movers program, and CONTACT. I was most excited not by the programs, but by the people.
On Sunday I introduced everyone at SRC to the hero of our church. Mike Jones. By tomorrow Mike will be responsible for the distribution of over 800 door hangers in less than a month. I even heard a comment about Mike from last weekend that, "He seems to really have ownership of what we're doing." That's an awesome report. I'm excited to hear Diane out doing Contact, and just watch the way she shares her experience with SRC to people she meets. I don't think I'll ever get tired of hearing her say that she never felt more welcomed in church then when she came to SRC. That's just awesome.
I love having a good report.
