I went to see Batman last night. I had to raid my piggy bank to buy the ticket, but it was worth it. What a fantastic movie. I love those superhero movies, because the themes are so epic. The writers can really unleash strong tones in the rhetoric, because there is only good and evil in their stories so the ideals of good and evil show in sharp contrast.
The premise of the movie is different than others. It focuses on elevating Harvey Dent (District Attorney) as the White Knight of Gotham. Batman becomes the Dark Knight. Really interesting.
If you like the comic book genre you'll love this movie.

PS. Parents be smart and preview the movie before you let your children see it. There are some pretty intense scenes with the Joker, and Two Face is introduced in this movie, and his face could mean nightmare city.
