I don't hear any sound, although it appears to be playing
Are you getting other sounds on your computer? It may be the volume is down, also check your master volume settings to make sure Wave is not muted.

It worked! Of course, we were one of the ones with trouble before using dial up and now we have the speedy connection.
ok, I fixed our settings, and I heard it.
