Coaching

I met with my coach today. We had a great time. He spent some time going over the homework that he gave me. It was a great discussion on Courageous Leadership by Bill Hybels. In addition, we discussed our approach to the location transition we've entered. He was very encouraging about our current strategy, and is excited to see us make this move.

For what it's worth....His church plant moved 4 times before they even held their first public service. And when they launched publicly it was in a new location. They've been there for two years and are looking at a transition of their own.

Again. There was a lot to process, so you'll see it salt and pepper the posts over the next week.
