The Announcement:

Due to recent conflicts with the school a decision has been made regarding the use of the CADE 219 room as our meeting location. The school’s requirement of setup/teardown rules required that a team of two custodians be paid a minimum four hours labor to set the room for us. This requirement would effectively double our rent. Through negotiations with the school we have come to an agreement which allows us to use another building on campus without incurring the additional cost.

We will be moving to the Floristano Building room 101 starting this Sunday. This room offers fixed theater seating. It is located around the far corner of CADE. When using West Campus Drive, turn right at the stop sign, make your first left past the CADE building and use the parking lot just outside of the FLRS building.

We will be using this location through the end of the year with a reasonable level of certainty. In addition, the Operations Team is putting together an exploratory committee to look into other options for meeting facilities. That search will be updated here at www.benjaminrainey.com.
