When it rains like this on a weekend, I often think about a question I heard another pastor ask, "Is my church stronger than a storm?"
The reason he asked was because he had noted that when it rains people don't come to church. Why? Because it's raining? Somehow people were letting something that wouldn't stop them from many things, stop them from attending church. People would go to the mall when it rains, see a movie, eat out at a restaurant, etc. But would they come to church.
Something to think about.
