Today I get to do one of my favorite things. I'm preaching for a local Christian school called Arnold Christian Academy. I really enjoy it because it is just a different environment. It's first through eighth graders and about 20 minutes to share the Bible with them. I enjoy seeing the students grow each year and my favorite part is that I bring the eighth graders to the front and quiz them before I speak about the topic I'm speaking on. Everyone loves it. (I think even the 8th graders) It's just a hoot.
Today, Numbers 22 the story of Balaam. Great story of Spiritual Phenomenon, Talking Animals, Angels with swords, and Greed! What great components to a story that should teach us that just because we find a way around what we know is God specifically says is right doesn't mean that we should do it.

kids are the best because they are honest. They will be enthusiastic about what you are saying if you are excited about your topic. Mom
