I heard about a church in the Denver area that is mostly comprised of 20-30 year olds. They do all their advertising through e-mail. The pastor team designs great invitation artwork, then e-mails it through a service to his church. They then forward it to their friends as an E-invite. It is a pretty interesting concept. In fact, they have a place on their homepage for members to go anytime and send a e-invite to friends or potential contacts.
I just sent out an e-invite for everyone to use for the What Did Jesus Really Say series. We'll see if it works.
Doing things the average church doesn't do to reach people the average church doesn't reach.
