Yesterday the girls and I enjoyed a trip out to Lake Waterford park. It was a lot of fun. Especially the nature walk down to see the ducks and geese. The girls had a lot of fun. I was surprised by how close Sydney got. Those of you that know here know that she is pretty frightened by animals of any kind, but she handled it all very well.
It was a muggy day with a ton of humidity. It was funny to see the sweat accumulate on the kid's foreheads. But a good time was had by all. We lunched, and then headed over to get Rita's water ice, capped it off with a run through the sprinkler and then nappy time.
