For the past two years I've driven out to Hagerstown for coaching from my friend and mentor Patrick Grach. Now our purpose for meeting is changing. We're partnering to coach others.
We're putting together a church planters coaching network that is designed to help post-assesment and post-boot camp planters. I know that many of my readers won't know those terms, but they simply refer to the process our fellowship requires for potential planters. ( BTW, a church planter is a pastor that starts a new church.)
To take my coaching benefit to the next level, it's time for me to start passing on what I've been learning. I'm really excited about this project that will launch in the fall.
