I think it has rained, at least a little, every day we've been traveling. Today, it is raining a lot. It's kinda nice in a way. There is just no feeling like laying in bed listening to rain fall steadily on the roof. Our cabin is unfinished with the studs bare. Just the clapboard siding keeps the rain out. But it also allows the cool air in and makes for a beautiful morning of drowsing in and out of consciousness and pulling the blanket a little higher.

Sounds like a good break for you all as a family, "bacation" or not.
And I might add that your brother is a "smashing" success with the folks here in Vermont. From all the feedback I'm getting, he is doing a great job!!!
