We got lots of stuff yesterday. A gracious church donated an entire sound system (speakers, monitors, cables, snake, board, amp, etc.), signs (like our parking signs), and a bunch of literature for our welcome table. It is so much in fact that it filled the bed of Big Red (our pickup truck). Mike Jones went with to help me pick it up. We decided that we needed to grab lunch at Qdoba then clean out the trailer. We emptied a truck bed full of trash, rearranged the stuff in the trailer, and added all the new stuff. PAG donated a metal cage on wheels that fits the entire sound system, I have to have tie downs installed in the trailer, but it will make packing and unpacking a lot easier.
So excited. Later today I'm returning the equipment we've been borrowing to our friends at the Mennonite church.
