The Assessment process for Church Planters is a long one. Yesterday our interviewee said, "I wondered how you were going to fill six hours with questions." But he found out.
We actually were able to finish in just over five hours.
It takes a long time, but offers a thorough review. It is based on the premise that past behaviors are the best indicators of future behaviors.
