This has been a big summer for the Rainey household. Sydney learned to ride a bike, Ellie is potty training, Syd is learning to tie her shoes, started school, and a bunch of other things. It is amazing how things change in just a few months.
This summer stood out for SRC as a big time as well. Doing the God In The Great Outdoors services each month really helped keep us focused on reaching out and moving forward as a church rather than giving in to the summer slump.
As
we see the summer slipping away, I am filled with anticipation of what lies ahead for this fall. It's gonna be a good one.--Ben

That little darling played in my truck yesterday and rolled the driver's side window down half way. And then the rains came. When I got in the truck this morning, in the dark, to go to dialysis my butt hit the seat with a splash. Too late to change I got to sit in my dialysis recliner for almost 5 hours with wet shorts. Oh, the joys of watching them grow up.
