I doubt that he ever practiced what we call dating. As a man above reproach I doubt he was ever alone with a woman in a setting that could be misconstrued. At social events he may have been attentive to an individual but probably not to the point to generate gossip. My $.02 worth.
I would say that it is unlikely that Jesus would date. I believe that every date should be a candidate for marriage,thus Jesus knew it was not in His father's plan for Him to marry, so He would not have spent time on such activities.
I ridiculously chuckle to myself, because of course that was my first response as well. Then I thought of figs and dates, and thought absolutely Jesus had dates.
